FANNIN COUNTY, Texas -- A suspected Texoma cattle thief faces a new charge: Stealing horses.

Josh Briggs of Honey Grove, Texas, is accused of rustling two horses in Fannin County. Briggs, 22, was arrested in September for allegedly taking cattle from a Fannin County rancher.

An investigator from the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association traced the missing horses to Briggs' property.

If convicted, Briggs faces up to 10 years behind bars. He is currently free on a $5,000 bond.
