Former Kingston teacher sentenced on child rape charges

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. -- A former Kingston Public Schools teacher has been sentenced to no more than 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of second degree rape involving a minor.

Prosecutors said elementary educator Tasha McCuan had a sexual relationship with a male high school student in 2016 and 2017.

McCuan will also pay a $2,000 fine and must register as a sex offender.
