GRAYSON COUNTY, Texas -- The body of a 19-year-old man was recovered Sunday after he drowned in Lake Texoma on Saturday.

Grayson County game wardens said the man swam out to fetch an inflatable raft that had blown away near the Sheppard Air Force Base Annex around 4:30 p.m. A rain storm hit, and the man never made it back.

The Grayson County Sheriff's Office, the Texas Game Warden Dive Team and Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Division assisted in the search.

According to game warden Bryan Newman, authorities recovered the teen's body around 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

He is the fifth drowning victim in Texoma this holiday week, adding to a long list of similar incidents across the Sooner State.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 4-year-old girl drowned Sunday at Lake Eufaula, about 110 miles east of Oklahoma City, and a 4-year-old boy drowned Saturday at Lake Murray, about 113 miles south of Oklahoma City. They weren't identified.

Authorities in Davis said a 27-year-old woman from North Texas died Wednesday when she slipped and didn't resurface at Turner Falls, about 70 miles  south of Oklahoma City. A 39-year-old man also drowned there on Friday. They haven't been identified.

Troopers say Robert Leo Kollasch of Austin, Texas, died on Thursday in Lake Altus, about 110 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
