LOVE COUNTY, Okla. -- Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed at an Interstate 35 off-ramp just north of the Texas border Sunday morning. 

Love County Sheriff's deputies were called to the northbound off ramp at Exit 1 and found a man in a ditch.

He was later identified as 29-year-old Christopher Hall of Gainesville.

Oklahoma state troopers said Hall was hit by a pickup truck driven by Tevita Mose of Euless, Texas.

The 54-year-old driver was later arrested for leaving the scene of an accident.
