SHERMAN, Texas -- A Sherman man who once served as a youth athletic coach has been accused of sexually assaulting of a child.

Keith Dequan Craddock, 31, was arrested in Sherman on April 16. He was a coach at the Sherman Elite Track Club.

The alleged crime occurred last summer in Brazos County, and Craddock is now being held there on a $100,000 bond.

The Eagle reported that the alleged victim is a 16-year-old Sherman girl who was with Craddock at a state track meet in the Bryan-College Station area last July. She told police she was sexually assaulted in her hotel room.
