Grayson County issues alert for missing woman

SHERMAN, Texas -- The Grayson County Sheriff's Office has asked for the public's help in tracking down a missing woman.

Helen "Ashley" Hamm, 35, was last seen Sunday, February 17 in Leonard, located about 15 miles south of Bonham in Fannin County. She was declared missing the next day.

Hamm is described as 5'-7" tall with shoulder length blonde or light brown hair. She has tattoos on her right forearm and left ring finger.

The missing woman is also a diabetic and may not have necessary medications with her, the sheriff's office said.
