COALGATE, OK. -- The Coalgate Wildcats join the growing list of southern Oklahoma schools that will field a new head coach in 2019.
Rob Green has stepped down after two seasons as the Wildcats football coach, compiling 18 wins and taking Coalgate to the playoffs each season. He tells KTEN Sports he will finish out this school year in Coalgate, but will pursue another coaching opportunity after.
Coalgate joins Marietta, Tishomingo and Antlers in schools that will have a new football coach in 2019.
