DURANT, Okla. -- Durant City Manager Tim Rundel is suing City Council member Oden Grube for harassment.

The lawsuit highlights several incidents, including an allegation that Grube conducted six staff meetings without Rundel's consent.

Last November, Grube was censured by the mayor and Council at a specially-called meeting.

A statement from Rundel's attorney reads in part:

My client  has  endured  nearly  18  months  of  workplace harassment  and  abuse by Council member Grube ... the City of Durant is not  the platform  for Grube and her son  to play 'fantasy city manager' as the stakes are much too high.

The Durant City Council plans to meet Tuesday to discuss the litigation against Grube.
