DENISON, Texas -- Eisenhower State Park, nestled in Denison, is a magnet for tourists.

There are plenty of activities, making it a very versatile vacation destination.

There's a swim beach and a junior ranger program for the kids. But that's not all.

"A little over 4 miles of hiking and biking trails, 3 ½ miles approximately of off-highway vehicle trails," said park Superintendent Mark Harwood. "We've got opportunities to go fishing, we've got boat ramps, horseshoe pits, some world class fishing here with stripers. There's a lot to do."

You can choose to explore the park with a day pass, or you can camp out and even rent a cabin.

Visit the Eisenhower State Park website or call 903-465-1956 for complete information.
