SADLER, Texas -- A cement mixer overturned on the eastbound service road of Highway 82 in Sadler Tuesday morning.

Texas Department of Public Safety investigators said Joseph Hernandez, 31, was driving the Hope Concrete Company truck at an unsafe speed to negotiate the entrance ramp from  FM 901.

Troopers said Hernandez over-corrected, causing the truck to overturn on the driver's side.

Hernandez was not injured, but he was ticketed for unsafe speed.

A heavy duty wrecker was called in to get the cement truck upright so it could be towed away from the crash scene about three miles east of Whitesboro.
