Drugs found at in home daycare

HUGO, OK- Deputies in a Choctaw County Say they found illegal drugs at a home that's also used as a daycare center.  Choctaw County Sheriff's office, Hugo Police, District 17 Drug Task Force and Tribal police searched a home in the 700 Block of South G Street late Sunday evening in Hugo after a concerned parent tipped them off about possible illegal drug activity.

Deputies tell us they found 8 grams of meth and 84 grams of marijuana. They say the woman who owns the business was not there at the time. It's still an ongoing investigation.

"The fact that it's a daycare facility and they're using it to you know, facilitate the sale of drugs, I mean they've got drug deal going on in the front yard of the daycare so I mean it would be pretty dangerous," said Investigator Jeff Epley.

Deputies say the District Attorney's Office will determine what charges to file.
