Denison Holds 29th Annual Fall Festival

DENISON, TX- Great weather and a great day for the 29th annual Denison Fall Festival. The festival wrapped up at 5 Saturday evening. Craft vendors, food, and bounce houses for the kids lined up Main Street all day.

Hundreds of arts and crafts to purchase, face painting and music were all a part of the scene downtown. The Denison Fire Department even put on a show demonstrating how they use the jaws of life.

Denisonians say it's a great way to kick off the month of October.

"It's basically a tradition because we come here every year. It's fun to see all the things, and things to do especially since it's a weekend," said Cheyenne Grant.

The festival was put on by the Denison Chamber of Commerce and Conventions Visitors Bureau. They say they're thankful for all the vendors and for everyone who came out today.
