CALERA, OK -- A car accident along highway 69 and 75 left one man injured in serious condition.

Authorities say it happened when an 18 wheeler tried to exit the highway and a 50-year old Bokchito man who was driving a pick-up hit the 18 wheeler from behind.

That man was pinned in his truck.

He was flown to Plano Medical Center with serious internal injuries.

The driver of the 18 wheeler wasn't injured.
