Tishomingo trio sign National Letters of Intent

TISHOMINGO, OK -- Three would sign at Tishomingo Monday to compete in college athletics.

Chelsea Wilkinson will head to Altus to play softball at Western Oklahoma State College.

Her classmate Carolyne Lawley will head north to Northwestern Oklahoma State to play basketball for the Lady Rangers.

Finally Tea Elliott-Fox will row for the first time at the University of Oklahoma as a novice walk-on.

She, and the other two, are thrilled for the opportunity.

"I've just heard about it and though it was a really cool sport and really taxing, never really done anything like that before, so I'm excited to begin," Elliott-Fox said.

"I've always had the dream to play college basketball so now that the day is come it's really exciting," Lawley continued.

"I got started in softball when I was three years old so imagining going to school without it was kind of insane and I'm glad I've been blessed with this opportunity," Wilkinson concluded.
