Pauls Valley Police Seek Robber in Gas Station Hold Up

Pauls Valley Police are looking for the person who robbed a Valero gas station at gunpoint.

Police say the suspect entered the store just after 11:00PM Saturday night, pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded money.

Police say the man was wearing cargo pants, a long sleeve shirt, a beanie, a face mask and gloves.

Police say the man stole the clerk's car and took off with an undetermined amount of cash.

The store clerk was tied up and left in a back room but was not hurt.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 46-year-old Robert Andrews II was driving on Highway 91 west of Colbert when the accident happened around 2 a.m. Investigators said Andrews -- who was not wearing a helmet -- was then run over by a car and dragged about 50 feet. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car was not injured.
