Man Arrested After High-Speed Chase From Ardmore To Waurika

ARDMORE, OK -- Troopers say an Ardmore man led authorities on a high speed chase through 3 counties.

Wyoming Perry, 31, was booked into the Carter County Jail on Saturday morning on attempt to elude, reckless driving, no driver's license, and a "hold" out of Murray County.

The chase started around 11:30 p.m. on Friday night when an Ardmore officer tried to make a traffic stop, patrol Lt. Allen Henry said.

It went through Love County out on Highway 32. Perry allegedly ran several road blocks, but stop sticks and a tactical maneuver ended the chase about 4 miles southwest of Waurika, Henry said.

Perry is being held with no bond and is expected to see a judge on Tuesday.
