BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- A pickup truck wreck near Bennington sends 6 people, including 5 teenagers, to the hospital.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Jackson Rd., several miles southeast of Bennington.

Troopers say Garrett Boone, 20, of Durant, turned around to look at the back seat when he ran off the roadway by a one-lane bridge and hit a tree, then came to rest hanging off the bridge.

According to OHP, Austin Covington, 18, of Durant, was on top of the cab and fell off. He was taken by helicopter to Medical Center of Plano in stable condition.

Zachory Esperza, 18, Cody Buffalo, 16, Maranda Jordan, 19, and Kelsi Wright, 18, were all treated and released from MCSO, troopers said.
