ARDMORE, OK -- Ardmore police are asking for your help to find a man they say shot at a home late Thursday night.

Officers believe Avery Tremayne Anderson who also uses the last name of "Johnson" fired the gun.

Captain Kevin Norris says it happened just before 10 o' clock at 501 E street northwest.

Detectives say a handful of shots were fired at the home--but hit no one-- after an argument between Anderson and the people inside the home escalated.

"We believe that they are familiar with each other," said Captain Norris. "We don't know exactly what relation they are to each other, if they're just friends or if they have had altercations with each other in the past."

Norris says Anderson could face charges of recklessly discharging a firearm, a misdemeanor.

If you have any information on Anderson or this incident, you're urged to contact the Ardmore Police Department or Crimestoppers.
