Sherman Man Sentenced To 12 Years In Meth Possession Case

Posted:
SHERMAN, TX -- A Grayson County man admits to possession of meth, and the plea deal may have saved him at least three years behind bars.

Marlon Wilson, 26, of Sherman pleaded guilty on Thursday on a charge of possessing drugs with intent to deliver. Police had originally arrested him in March.

He was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Wilson has a prior conviction for robbery and would have faced a minimum of 15 years in prison if he'd been found guilty during a trial.
