ANTLERS, OK -- An Antlers man is behind bars accused of killing his nephew.

OSBI agents arrested 80-year-old Henry JC Cole Thursday morning for the murder of  Gene Cole.

Agents say back in mid April Cole shot his nephew in the neck with a shotgun and then told authorities that he'd found the man dead on his property.

Investigators say ballistics tests revealed that one of Cole's shotguns had been used in the killing.

Agents also say Cole had been overheard a week earlier saying his nephew was no longer allowed on his property.

Cole was booked in to the Pushmataha county jail charged with first degree murder.
