BRYAN COUNTY -- A Bryan County man out on bond accused of stealing a police car earlier this year has been arrested again.

Spencer Cavender was arrested Thursday afternoon for violating the terms of his bond.

According to an affidavit, Cavender left his home earlier this week despite being on house arrest.

He's now back in the Bryan County jail.

Cavender was arrested back in January after police say he stole a patrol car and led them on a high speed chase through Bryan County.

He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny, and endangering others.
