Agoura Hills, CA, May 05, 2014 – Jimmy Moliere knows better than many the true depth of poverty. While he and his partner own a popular pet accessory business in Agoura Hills, Moliere a young business student didn’t grow up in the area. He was born and raised in Haiti, and he was a child of poverty.

The decision to move to Los Angeles was fueled by a passion for creating a pet accessory line. Moliere felt that if pet owners could dress their four-legged friends in fashion similar to their own, then they would. When he arrived in Los Angeles, he was welcomed by the diverse locale, yet was one of few Haitian business owners.

Today, Moliere and his business partner, Wendy, own and operate their pet fashion boutique, Mhu Ghu. Named after two of their pets, a pair of canine companions named Mhu and Ghu, the store was established in 2008. With their popular line of stylish pet fashion accessories, Mhu Ghu is a true symbol of the American dream. The store, inspired by a simple dream, has led to a life Jimmy Moliere once dreamed of.
