White Powder Envelope Locks Down Bryan County Courthouse

Posted:
BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The Bryan County Courthouse is on lockdown for a potential hazmat situation.

Bryan County Sheriff Ken Golden says around noon the clerk's office received a threatening letter with white powder.

Officials locked down premises as a precaution.

They say the first test was inconclusive and are waiting for the 63rd National Guard from Norman to arrive for a second test.

Jurors and anyone in the building are having to wait outside.

The whole building has been blocked off with police tape.
