Homemade Protein Bars - Healthy and Yummy

We all have a fast and furious, busy life. How can we eat healthy, not break the bank and still love the food we eat? Registered Dietitian Tori Parks joined Lisanne on Good Morning Texoma with a great at home protein bar recipe. Trust us, the kids will love it!

Chocolate Protein Bars
- 1 cup natural almond or peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- Mix together and put in microwave for 1 minute. Stir.
- Stir in and mix thoroughly: 1-1/2 cups of Chocolate protein mix, 1 cup of old fashion oatmeal, 1 scoop fiber boost (optional)
- Pour mixture in a pan and pat down evenly.
- Cut into squares. This batch makes 12 bars.
