DENISON -- Grayson College will be holding its third annual career fair this upcoming Thursday.

The Career Connections Career Fair will host close to 50 employers from north Texas and southern Oklahoma will be attending looking for prospective employers.

A job placement specialist with Grayson College says her best advice for job seekers is to come prepared.

"I tell our students if you are coming to job search you need to first off dress up. You need to bring resumes, bring contacts, references that you might have and also come ready to network and talk with the employers because it is the first impression. Not many opportunities you have to be able to sit down or stand face to face with the hr representative from a company and see them directly," says Gretchen Huff.

The businesses are from a wide range of careers such as health care, transportation, and manufacturing.

The job fair will be held at the College's Sports and Recreation Center from 10 am to 2 pm this Thursday, April 3rd.
