Dog tossed off bridge almost ready for adoption

Posted:

ATOKA -- The Atoka veterinarian says the pitbull-mix named "Miracle" is almost ready for adoption.

She's now sporting a smaller cast and has put on some weight.

She was rescued from beneath a bridge late last month in Choctaw County.

Two teens were arrested accused of tossing the dog off the bridge.

The veterinarian says there are about 50 people in line to adopt "Miracle" and that the dog should be ready for a new home in a couple weeks.
