SHERMAN, TX -- Police say items falling from a vehicle caused a crash in Sherman.

It happened around 11 a.m. on Saturday on Highway 75 at the bridge going over North Travis Street.

Police say a 58-year-old Sherman man lost some furniture off his truck while driving northbound.

A 49-year-old Sherman woman driving behind him swerved to miss the ironing board and the chair, and wound up crashing into the side wall.

She was taken by ambulance to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ with minor injuries.  The truck driver who lost the items was not hurt.
