Having a hard time getting your kids to eat their veggies? How about adding a ranch dip or a fiesta ranch dip? Before you shake your head, you can do it the healthy way. Just swap out the sour cream for the Greek yogurt. Registered Dietitian Tori Parks joined Lisanne on Good Morning Texoma to show us, they'll never know the difference.

Healthy Greek Yogurt Fiesta Ranch Dip

1 large container regular plain Greek yogurt
Line a colander with coffee filters.
Pour the yogurt into the filtered colander and cover, refrigerate overnight. This will allow the excess liquid to drain.

Next day, drain and dispose of liquid. Tori calls this a "yogurt cheese" which is not as runny and more of a sour cream consistency.

Pour into bowl.. Remove coffee filters..
Stir in fiesta ranch powdered dip (hidden valley) or any flavor you like.
Mix well.
Cover and chill in fridge for about an hour/overnight.
serve with carrots/fresh veggies.
