Ardmore Mailman Indicted After Allegedly Opening Package

MUSKOGEE, OK -- An Ardmore mailman faces federal charges after prosecutors say he opened a package he was to supposed to deliver.

Justin Throneberry, 32, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Muskogee on a charge of delay or destruction of mail by a postal employee.

Prosecutors say it happened in December. If he's convicted, Throneberry could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
