JOHNSTON COUNTY, OK -- An Oklahoma man has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting spree last month.

The Johnston County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Tanner Jenkinson of Russett, Oklahoma was booked into the Johnston County jail Tuesday night on murder charges.

Sheriff John Smith says he believes Jenkinson drove 19-year-old Henry Jackson to Tishomingo on January 16th, where Jackson shot and killed 21-year-old Cole Holt.

Jackson is also accused of shooting 3 other people including an A.T.F. agent before being killed in a shoot-out with police in Ardmore.

Under Oklahoma law, anyone involved in a crime where another person is killed is subject to murder charges.

Jenkins is set to appear in court later this week.
