The Kellen Company and Mary Donovan take the helm of gift card trade group; Groupon and Subway representatives are appointed as new board members

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA), a trade association of diverse, closed loop gift card retailers committed to promoting and protecting the use of gift cards, announced today the appointment of Mary Donovan as the new Executive Director and Kellen Company as the Association's management firm. In addition, the RGCA is pleased to welcome Nicole Willis of Groupon, and Erin Wood of Subway to the Board of Directors. They will be filling vacant board positions left by their respective companies.

The Kellen Company is a full service association management firm that provides clients with tools and services to advance their unique missions and achieve high-level performance. Mary joined the Kellen Company in 2011 and has served in a management position on client association business, providing strategic advice and management for association boards, committees, member services and meetings. Previously she was involved in program management for a civic education non-profit.
