We're well into the new year, how many of you have eased up a bit on the New Years Resolution to get and stay fit? Teresa is back with us on Good Morning Texoma to help us with Getting Fit!

This morning we put a little movement into our planking. Not only building the core muscles but also adding movement to build our upper body strength.
