DENISON -- Breast cancer survivors in Grayson County now have a little more help in their battle against the disease.

Today, CIGNA donated a $10,000 check made out to the 500 Strong campaign.

500 Strong was created to support local breast cancer patients.

It operates though the Texoma Health Foundation where it has a "Room for Hope" set aside to focus on the cause.

"We see a lot of individuals struggling with health issues and to be able to do this and give back to women that are in the middle of their breast cancer treatment and to give back to that just means a lot to our companies," Glenda Ritchie with CIGNA SAID.

The money will be used for treatment and surgery for breast cancer patients.
