MADILL – The Oklahoma Safety and Health Administration is now the only law enforcement agency investigating the explosion at a steel plant in Madill. Two employees died in the blast.

Wednesday, the Oklahoma State Fire Marshall's Office said it has ruled the explosion as accidental.

OSHA will now investigate whether any of its standards were violated.

It will also determine how a foreign liquid ended up in the furnace which caused it to explode.
