Funeral Arrangements Set For Johnston Co. Man Killed During Crime Spree

JOHNSTON COUNTY, OK -- Funeral arrangements have been set for a Johnston County man killed during a crime spree on Thursday.

Visitation will be on Monday at 6 p.m. and the funeral for Marcus "Cole" Holt will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home in Ardmore.

Holt was apparently shot by Henry Jackson, 19, who is believed to have stolen Holt's car at a home on Preston Road, Sheriff Jon Smith said.

Authorities believe Jackson kidnapped Holt's girlfriend and two kids, and those three later escaped or were released near Gene Autry.

Holt, who graduated from Lone Grove High School in 2011, was found dead in the home.

We've also learned new information about two federal agents shot while trying to apprehend Jackson in Ardmore.

Their task force officer was shot in the hand and grazed by a bullet in the scalp, according to the ATF Dallas office.  The officer was transported to the hospital, treated, and released.

The ATF says a second agent was peppered with shattered glass from a shot-out windshield, and was treated at the scene.

Jackson, who online state records show was just released from prison three months ago on charges out of Carter County of feloniously pointing a firearm and drug possession, was later shot and killed by police.
