One Sought, One Arrested In Connection With July Car Chase Involving Molly Miller

CARTER COUNTY, OK-- A woman who owns the car police say a missing teen and her friend were last seen in has been arrested, and an arrest warrant has also been issued for the man troopers believe was driving the car.

Police say that vehicle was involved in a two-county chase back in July.

James Conn Nipp, 22, of Overbrook, is wanted for endangering others while eluding or attempting to elude a police officer.

Troopers say they believe he started the chase with police in Wilson that ended in Love County when he abandoned the vehicle.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Sabrina Graham, 32, of Lone Grove, was arrested Friday evening  on charges of making a false report and insurance fraud.

Troopers say, back in July she reported her 2012 Honda Accord stolen.  However, troopers now say they have reason to believe Graham let someone use her car.

That car, according to troopers, was involved in a police chase in Wilson back on July 7th but they say they lost track of it near Long Hollow Road in Love County.

Police, also involved in the investigation, have told us Molly Miller, 17, and Colt Haynes were passengers in that car and they believe it was the last time they were seen.

Just a few days later, Miller and Haynes were reported missing.

Troopers say the car was later found nearby in a wooded area with about $18,000 worth of damage. That's when OHP say's they stepped in to investigate prompting the arrest.

Investigators say they have reason to believe Graham gave someone permission to use her car, and that it was never stolen.

Troopers say Nipp is a wanted fugitive and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call OHP at (580) 223-8800.
