DURANT, OK -- The Southeastern Lady Storm basketball team is returning a dozen players from last year's campaign giving them a lot more experience.
They've been given a No. 7 preseason conference ranking, which is exactly where'd they'd finish last March.
Still the goal is a conference championship.
"We don't have many freshman but we're still really young. A lot of sophomores that we got to get ready to play and so we're excited about that and excited about the season coming forward," head coach Darin Grover said.
"We've just got to come out here everyday and we've got to work hard and like coach said earlier we were young and we lost two people and they were good key players but I feel like we have players this year that can fill their roles," junior forward Haley Schaefer added.
They'll open at home Nov. 12 against Texas A&M Commerce.
