Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend, meaning we get another precious hour of sleep Saturday night into Sunday morning as we roll the clocks back an hour! But that time adjustment can really affect your sleep schedule and your entire body in general if you don't prepare for it.

We sat down this morning with Wayne Conn from Texoma Medical Center to talk about the effects Daylight Saving Time has on our bodies and how to best prepare for the change.
