ADA, OK -- Coach Matt Weber and his Ada Cougars are getting ready to go to battle with Harrah, another team with an unblemished district record.
The Cougars had to will their way to a "W" last week something they hadn't had to do since the Durant game earlier in the season.
A lot of credit has to go to their quarterback Cory Kilby, a junior who had greatness thrust upon him.
When starter Tryce Prince went down earlier in the season, Kilby, who hasn't played football since junior high until this year, stepped up.
The Cougars now are still rolling on their six game winning streak.
"It's really not me. I couldn't do anything without the guys up front and the receivers are catching the ball. I'm just throwing it to them," Kilby said.
"He's smart, talented, very coachable. So those three things. We knew in the spring and having him in junior high also what kind of kid he was. He's very, very poised. He's sharp, he's you tell him one time and he understands," Weber added.
They'll kick from Norris Field Friday at 7:30 p.m.
