Hospital Expanding To Seventh Floor Of Denison Building

DENISON, TX -- A Grayson County hospital is expanding without having to leave its own building.

Texoma Medical Center has begun construction on its empty seventh floor in the past few weeks after obtaining a building permit.

But, there's still a lot of work to do before the floor will be ready for patients. The hospital, owned by Pennsylvania-based Universal Health Services, opened its new 165-bed building four years ago.

It currently uses only the first six floors of the building.
