BONHAM, TX -- A grand jury has indicted a man accused of abusing his position as a day-care owner by taking advantage of children that were entrusted to him.

John Duncan, 54, of Bonham, faces four counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of indecency with a child.

Police say back in April, Duncan touched two 4-year old girls in an inappropriate manner while operating the Angelsafe Child Care with his wife at a home on West 7th Street.

If he's convicted, Duncan could face 25 years to life in prison.
