    DENISON -- Charges will move forward against a former Denison High School teacher charged with having an improper relationship with a student. Wednesday, a grand jury indicted Julie Bollinger. She resigned from her job late last May after being confronted by DISD administrators about claims she was having an intimate relationship with a student. Bollinger turned herself in authorities in July. She could face up to 20 years in prison, if convicted.More >>

SHERMAN, TX -- A grand jury indicted a woman accused of stealing money from a day care at a church where she worked.

Erica Marquez, 31, of Sherman, was arrested back in January. Police say she embezzled more than $30,000 from a child care center over several months.

Marquez was an employee at Key Memorial United Methodist Church on East Houston Street.    Prosecutors say she is charged with theft over $20,000.
