GRAYSON COUNTY -- Two former Grayson County employees have pled guilty to theft charges.    

47-year-old Phillip Allen Tillett of Howe, and 42-year-old Dustin Lowell Miller of Sherman were charged with theft over $500 for stealing diesel fuel from a county barn.  

Both men received two years probation and fines of $350 each.  

Prior to being sentenced both men had to pay $10 thousand dollars in restitution for the stolen fuel.
