COLBERT, OK ---- Colbert All-State point guard Darian Bradford inked her letter of intent to play basketball at Oklahoma Wesleyan.
The two-time Bryan County Tournament MVP chose the school over Texas A&M Commerce, Murray State and UT Tyler.
She says when it came to choosing Wesleyan, the timing couldn't have been better.
"I got the phone call from coach Molder at the perfect time. Like, whenever he called me, it was literally the perfect timing. And I was like 'that's it, its God speaking to me, I've got to go there.,'" Bradford said.
"And then when I went there to try out, the girls were nice to me, he was nice to me and I felt like I was at home where I was supposed to be," Bradford said.
Bradford plans to play all four years at Wesleyan and then become a nurse practitioner.
