WAURIKA, OK-- Authorities said they have recovered the body of a missing Roff boy from the Waurika Lake.

Authorities said 12-year-old Colton Dean Parnell  was last seen Saturday night near the Kiowa "park one" campsite.

Officials said Parnell was swimming near an undesignated area about 40 yards from shore.

Witnesses said they tried to reach the boy when he started to go underwater but were unable to reach him.    

They said Parnell came up twice before going under water and disappearing.

Authorities recovered the boy's body Tuesday Morning around 8:14 a.m. at Mitchell point in Lake Waurika.
