GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- The Grayson County fire marshal says a blaze at a home near Luella Tuesday is a case of illegal burning.

The home went up in flames forcing emergency crews from Tom Bean, Bells, Howe and Whitewright to respond to Key Road.

The people that intentionally started the fire will not be charged with arson because they own the property, fire marshal Kevin Walton said.

The trailer home was vacant but a woman who used to live there claims that she lost some of her possessions including clothes and mattresses.
