GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- Deputies say a dispute between family members who are also neighbors ended in a shooting near Collinsville.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in the 7200 block of West Line Road. A pickup truck driver in his 40's rammed the back of his neighbor's lawnmower.

Then man in his 70's fired four times, shattering glass in the window of the truck, Sheriff's Office Lt. Rickey Wheeler said.

"I heard gunshots, I looked out my window, and this man was firing at a red pickup," says witness Sharon Martin.

"I saw a red pickup truck backing up the road there at a high rate of speed with what appeared to be a woman in it in the passenger side screaming," says witness Woody Martin.

Deputies had been called to an assault there yesterday and say no bullets hit the driver, who received only cuts from glass and will be arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
