SHERMAN, TX -- If you stopped at the Sherman Town Center, you may have noticed a big change in progress.

The big Town Center sign has been at the west corner of Highway 75 and Loy Lake Road for the last six years. But now, the 60 foot tall billboard has been deemed unsafe. So far, it has been partly dismantled, with the pieces coming down but the shell remaining.

The sign change isn't the only thing happening there. Two new buildings are under construction nearby, along with a third for a McAlester's Deli on the east side of Highway 75.
