MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK -- Two people are dead after a crash in McCurtain county this morning.

It happened about 11 o'clock on highway 259 just west of Broken Bow.

Troopers say 65-year-olds Hershel James of Broken Bow and Roger Scott of Clarksville, Texas were killed in the crash.

Investigators say a semi slammed head-on into James' pick-up truck after James swerved to avoid vehicles stopped in front of him.

The semi then crashed into Scott's pick-up.

The driver of the tractor-trailer wasn't hurt.  Troopers say everyone was wearing their seat belts.
