ARDMORE, OK-- Officials at Lake Murray State Park say the park is ready for spring after today's annual shoreline cleanup!
Despite the rainy weather more than 100 volunteers hit Lake Murray State Park to get the park all spruced up for the spring months to come.
The park is Oklahoma's first and largest state park.
It has more than 12,000 acres located at the shores of Lake Murray.
Every year around this time officials and volunteers gather at the park to get it ready for spring time visitors.
Park officials tell us the clean up wouldn't have been possible without the help of the local volunteers.
